This is an excellent cookie sheet. Non-stick surface really is non-stick. A great price for this pan, and well worth the money.
Like the pan, style, handles, appearance, coating, etc -- BUT measure your oven space before purchasing. The first description says 16 x 12. The tabbed description gives different dimensions. MY BAD. Didn't read first. The length is MUCH longer than 16" because of the handles. It's almost 19" long. So doesn't fit in my oven either sideways or straight in. Otherwise, I'd probably like the pan.
Let me say, that other than warping, this is a fine edged cookie sheet. It is heavy weight, with a heavy scratch resistant coating, a nice raised edge, and things don't stick to it. But, if you need your edged baking sheet to be flat, this one will only work for you once. We have some recipes that, by their nature, require a flat surface and we can't use this baking sheet for them anymore (after it's first use). It's really a shame, because otherwise it seems like a nice baking sheet. It says it has a "lifetime warranty", but when you go to the Wilton website, it says that the warranty does not cover "warping." So they must know, too, that this thing warps.
