This is a fantastic little pan it also comes with a recipe but I've made these bf with a regular cake pan and had to cut the cake into bars came out ok but what a job!!!! These cakes came out great especially when you have the right pan. 1/2 the time Great price great Pan!!! This time I made chocolate cake w/strawberry cream inserted inside and a chocolate ganache. I would have taken a pic but they disappeared very quick!!

I love this pan but I would recommend doing a test on different levels of batter that you put in so you don't have to cut a bunch off when they are done baking. Just do one and then note if you want to add more or less batter before cooking the rest. ***I would also like to tell Wilton's creative team that I think these are easier to eat than cupcakes because of the shape. If you made some liners that we could place the frosted items in "after baking" so we have a nice presentation that would be a great thing! Of course I don't want to bake it in a liner-I just think it would be nice to remove it from the pan and then be able to present it in one. Someone may want to take one with them after leaving an event but really they can't without a napkin or something-you know? I am sure I could make something on my own-but I think you may sell more of these pans to people who would like to use it as an alternative to the round cupcake shape-like I want to. A wonderful pan to add to my baking products Wilton has never let me down 7 grandchilderen this makes for more sweet treats from grandma cute little cakes many of ideas i will be trying in this pan
Easy to use. Recipe that came with it ok, not great. The item itself was WELL worth the price. MY only "problem" is working on a better "twinkie" recipe.

Made adorable cake bars, topped them with white chocolate ganache, chocolate mousse all sorts of things! The pan works great. Even though it is nonstick, I would still spray it with cooking spray.
This professional mold made a huge difference!
