Great to have a leveler that's easily adjustable. I do cakes of so many heights that this is essential.
Chilled the cake, and used the cake leveler to easily level the cake. I am a moderate home baker and find this simple to use. First time using, I used it on 8 inch cake layers.
All of my cake supplies were stolen and I am working on replacing what I can. This tool makes leveling and layering cakes much more efficient than a knife.
The product was a good price for all that was included.
I have not used it yet but I'm sure Wilton would not be selling a scam so I'm sure it will work. 👍🔪🎂
This cake leveler works exactly as expected. I've had it for couple weeks now and I did a great job at making a nice smooth top.
I was scared of ordering this because I thought it would be flimsy but I was wrong. The metal is strong and so is the cord to cut the cake. The sides also have indents so I won't have to worry about an uneven cut.
Awesome for getting your cake level. A must if you are stacking multiple cakes!
Its probably just an ignorance of how to this properly, but it wasn't really sharp enough to actually cut the top off the cake, with the pressure I was having to put behind it, it ended up making the cake unlevel anyway. I don't know, it was probably me tho.
Totally not worth it I only used it once and the wire broke and can't be reattached
