I really like the shapes formed by the pan.I liked the ease of removal of baked goods.
I made 10 dozen gingerbread people with this pan in the last few weeks. The recipe is tasty and the pan is easy to use and clean. The only challenge was with the depth of the design. You can barely see the design on the cookie so icing is really required. It would be better if the mold could be a little deeper where the patterns are on the face and body so icing could be optional
