[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute especially as a center piece surrounded by smaller cupcakes as well as using it for a smash cake which I did for my niece's first birthday!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this product was excellent! The quality of it was perfect! It worked exactly like it was suppose to and gave proper instructions on how to use it correctly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this as a desert and centerpiece for a small party. Worked great and the guests liked to dig in themselves! I had a couple with softer centers, so I cored put the soft/raw dough and filled it with frosting for that extra punch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this from the clearance section. I heard words of people struggling with these. I decided to follow the directions on the back to a T. It clearly worked out beautifully!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really spray your tin and dust with flour/cake mix well. It prevents cracking when taking out. Cool as long as possible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read a review before baking with this to let the bottom half cook longer than the top because there is more batter in the bottom. Because I waited 10 mins to add the batter to the top I ended up having to cook the whole thing longer because the top wasn't done. Even with that it came out really good but next time I'll cook it all together.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! I'm always baking and when I saw this I was excited I forgot to take a photo of the outcome but they enjoyed it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fun to decorate. Extra bake time needed for the center to be fully baked. I ended up removing the middle afterward and filling with candy for an extra surprise!!!
The pans work wonderfully for the shaping. I did have to use a silicone spatula to release the sides but then the cakes came out in one piece. My biggest disappointment was that the cakes did not cook evenly. The spiral top was done about ten minutes before the solid bottom so, when the bottom was finally done, the edges of the spiral top were overdone and crusty. Also, the pan did not come with quantity instructions. Both sides domed while cooking (the bottom one much greater than the spiral top), which required an extra step before putting them together. Overall, I liked the end result. I'll have to make a foil 'cover' for the top next time I use it to prevent overbaking while waiting for the bottom to finish.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Be careful what cake recipe you use. Make sure it is firm. Have fun creating!
