This is a perfect pan for cheese cake. It works great and is soundly constructed.
Bakes too hot and is too heavy. Like shiny aluminum better.
It doesn't close properly, leak when you put on it the recipe preparation for cake
I baked shortbread in this pan and the butter in the crust ended up melted on the bottom of the oven. Not a happy baker!
