I love the heart shaped pan I plan on using it for valentine's day.
Love this pan makes a great cookie my grandkids love it.
I think this could be operator error...because for my giant cookies in my round cookie pan it's a light aluminum and these pans are dark...but they cook the edges darker and the center a little less than I was used to. I think I have to adjust the cooking temp to 325 and it might work better. They seem so nice I just have to figure out how to adjust them to my needs.
