Very good quality and makes a great gift!
Hi today I gave the houses to my granddaughters and one of them was in a million little pieces making it unusable. Will NOT order again
It sucks. My name is Karen and I'm 48 years old and I have 3 kids. We decided to build this ~crappy~ gingerbread house and when we opened it, it fell completely apart. I am going to request to speak to your manager. Below or above is the photo of failure when trying to build it.
I purchased 10 boxes with different house designs and all were broken. My store would not give me money back due to it being a holiday item.
I bought two of these in store and could not find 3 more that I needed so I got on line and ordered an additional 3. We opened them to decorate this afternoon and every one of them had a piece of roof missing. I was annoyed but my grandkids made do because this late in the game I would not be able to reorder and I should have checked when I found them tossed in my driveway but was really annoyed when the two I bought in the store had broken roof ends also.
