I already had four of these pans. They are excellent for a cookie I bake. I needed more pans to be able to prepare more batches at one time.
I purchased two pans. With diabetes, we eat low carb and sugar-free so I bake lots of donuts. The other brand of donut pans I have tried have a small center post which can make it difficult to remove the donuts without having them stick to the center post or fall apart I grease the pans with coconut oil before each use and instead of washing, I clean with a dry paper towel. This preserves the non-stick finish. I have found if you wash any non-stick pan, food will soon begin to stick.
It is a great Pan for Whoopie Pies or anything else you want to fix smaller sizes.
I already had this Whoopie Pie Pan, but found that having two makes the process so much easier. One is baking, and the other is cooling. The recipe for the cakes was great. Make sure that you use butter for the ingredients...margarine just doesn't stiffen the mix enough. I recommend this product.
After searching several places for a muffin top pan, I found this Wilton pan. Makes perfect muffin tops. Easy clean. Dishwasher safe BUT is recommended hand wash to protect finish. For those that love muffins without all the extra "cake" these r perfect.
I made whoopie pies in my new Wilton Whoppie Pie pans. The pies were moist and easy to get off the pans. I used a Whoppie Pie recipe which was delicious . The center was a marshmallow butter cream inside..

I searched everywhere for a shallow muffin (top) pan to cook eggs for breakfast sandwiches. Good price, good quality, nonstick, easy to clean. I only wish it were just slightly deeper.
Great pan. Works with the spray cooking oil as stated on the instructions. Used pans to make 130 tea cakes. Would receommend using lower cooking temp due to dark colored pans.
The Pan does the job I use it for. The only problem I had with my order is that when I opened the package the pan was damaged on one corner and looking closely at the box I could see where it and been smashed some how. __ Lesson Learned: Open the box and inspect the product before excepting it from the Walmart Mart pick up center.
