Was a little scared when I saw all the pieces, but instructions were easy and it came together with both my husband and I working together. Loved the home delivery. All the pieces were there and had no damage.
There was some initial trouble with ordering this item through Walmart. The first order I was sent a completely different item. The second order was delayed a few days. Once the armoire arrived, it took two of us five hours to assemble from start to finish. The dresser did have some nicks and scrapes from the shipping. One of the door supports come off during installation as well. Wood glue fixed this issue easily enough. This is why it got a 4 star rating rather than a 5 star rating. Functionality wise, it works great. There are optional shelves in the right side that can be installed rather than the hanger. The drawers slide well. It looks great when assembled. Most of this item is engineered wood while the drawer bottoms and back are thick cardboard type material. This helps make this item relatively cheap compared to other armoires this size. Still, if the armoire is assembled correctly, it works very well. Overall, the product is great given the price.
First this was Damaged very Bad ,then they send another one? That one was not the one we ordered and it to was Damaged severely,it also was sent back then the next day it was sent to us again!here are some pictures to show how Bad they Damaged!
Came with missing parts, scratched and broken pieces. Three weeks (and much hassle) later, we put the unit together. Shoddy crafstmanship caused a couple of lopsided drawers. However, if you are fortunate enough to get an undamaged, complete unit, it is an inexpensive storage solution that should match well with most other furniture.
My mother in law bought this for ky son as a gift when it arrived it was destroyed. Pieces.were broken off and it was scratched all over. We took it back to the store and reordered a new one. We were so excited to get the new one well when it arrived we had the exact same problems. This is a huge waste of money!
