I LOVE this dress! I have it in blue, gray and black and wear them often. They are a nicer material than expected, which is perfect for work. The fit is a little big. I have a large chest and ordered medium. Definitely recommend this!
I found this dress accidentally then couldn't find it again in any store in my area- so I went on-line. Now, I own two! It is true to size and totally wash and wear. Since it's winter, I'm using it as a jumper and it looks great with a crisp blouse and a pair of boots. For the price- it can't be beat. The material is like a favorite thick tee. I like the look as a dress and a jumper. This one can be dressed up or down. Compliments all around.
I have to tell you, I am SHOCKED over how nice this dress actually is and I wish that they made more with this quality! It looks like something I would get at J Crew. I only wish that they had more colors! I got both black and grey. Very pleased!
I had doubts about how this dress would look, but decided to try it on anyway. I was pleasantly surprised how much I loved it! It's comfortable, and you can wear it casual or dress it up. I have gotten other colors because it looks and fits so well. I am 5'2, 157 and the medium is snug, the large fits comfortable.
The first dress I bought was XL which was way too big, I had to return and get the large and even that was a little too big. I normally wear XL or 1X
Great quality. The dress came to my knee, so it's perfect for work or church. Three teen-aged daughters loved it so much, they all got one in different colors.
I'm really shocked at the price($18) and how classy and rich looking this dress is. The pleats are flattering, you can wear it down (casual) or dress it up (for evening) and still feel real feminine. Trying to find if there's other colors I can order in my size, oh and the blue is very pretty color. So worth every penny.
I ordered this dress in red and blue (both beautiful colors) and had to return both. I loved the style and the weight and feel of the fabric was just right. It wasn't too light, like a tee-shirt, nor too heavy. My issue was that it was too short-waisted and the hemline was also too short. If this had been made in Tall sizes, I think it would have been fine. Shame. I really liked it.
The dress is nice for the price. The material (cotton feel) is nice and thick, has an ok drape too. The fit is a little between true to size and too big. I read the reviews and decided to order a size smaller than I normally wear and was glad I did. It's a little longer than I had expected, so I'm concerned it may make me look frumpy.
I was expecting this to be better than the $14 dress I got @ Walmart but I was disappointed. Material was cheaper and the size was too big even though it said small. I guess I'll be able to make do with a belt and a cardigan but otherwise I was not happy with this purchase.
