I agree that this swim dress runs small. For reference, the 1X is a 16W. I ordered the 3X to replace it and that is a 22-24W. I think this will work very well for me and spare other pool visitors much of the horror that is my thighs. :)
I love this swim dress! The print really brings attention up to the halter area and away from the stomach and hip area. I bought one size larger than my normal size and it fit perfectly.
