Works as it should. No issues
Great light. Great price. Bought two. Assembly of shield, handle and bulb was time consuming. Second one was a breeze to assemble.
This one is no different than any others, just at a great price. You need to make sure you handle the bulb in a manner so that NO OILS or DIRT get on the bulb. That is the reason these fail...so if you touch the bulb with your hand, you MUST clean with paper towel before powering on.
I like the protection over the light so less likely to burn something.
The bulbs supplied did not work had to go buy a new bulb
The base wobbles. The assembly instructions are inadequate - be prepared to figure out the assembly based on the picture on the box. No features, including no on/off switch and only one light level (full blast 500 watts). Bulb changing is not tool-free; changing the bulb requires a Phillips head screw driver. The fixture is not sturdy - I predict this won't last more than a year. Obviously, I am so disappointed with this product; I wish I never purchased it. Whoever designed this piece of junk should have lived with it for a year before putting it on the market.
