There was no clarity in ordering these windchimes from Walmart that they used another company in which I was buying the items from. Both windchimes arrived very damaged. Thinking I could return them to our local Walmart with no problem they quickly informed me that I had to contact thru email the company from which they were purchased. It has been several days past the 48 hours we were told we could get our refund and where to ship back the damaged products. It has been very disappointing. We will never order from Walmart online again.
