Have had many bamboo windchimes, and realize they don't last forever like their metal counterparts. This set is nicely varnished, and the string is a durable braded nylon, so I rate this set better than most I've owned. The sound is fantastic, and requires very little breeze to work. Excellent choice for a bamboo windchime. I chose this set because it sounded the deepest (lowest) available.
When I have a break and when day is done, I find these beautiful bamboo chimes therapeutic as I close my eyes to quiet my nerves. The low tone/notes of the chimes is quite beautiful and relaxing. I have such respect for the artist that created these chimes.
This is a beautiful addition to our patio. We spend a lot of time out there, especially my husband who is retired. We live on a canyon and have a very calming view and with the sound of the wind chimes, it's heaven. I can hear this one softly when I'm in different parts of the house and it's wonderful. I plan on buying a couple as gifts.
I just love these Woodstock Asli Arts wind chimes. The sound is so relaxing and soothing and not at all annoying to my neighbors like the large, loud metal chimes. It has a very mellow sound but still loud enough to be heard and it looks beautiful hanging from a tree in my garden. So happy that I purchased this.
I shopped late at night and like the free shipping! I was do amazed when my chimes arrived! Just beautiful and looks and sounds wonderful! Price is great too
I like them pretty well. They're a little close together. Still sound nice in the wind though.
I have looked everywhere for one of these and finally found what I wanted on Wal-Mart's website. It was easy to order and was delivered quickly. I love it. It's beautiful to look at and lovely to listen to.

Bought this for a gift. Read all the reviews first. The majority were favorable so I took a chance. When it arrived I really loved the chime but then noticed all chimes, etc. were supported in the ring by nothing but tiny cheap staples. Half of them weren't even in all the way. Didn't have enough time to get another gift so gave it anyway but I have my doubts that this will hold up. It would have been so simple to use brass screws. Considering the price I would not buy it again.
