I love this wind chime, the tones are very melodic & soothing. I was worried about purchasing a purple wind chime for my garden, but was pleasantly surprised when I opened it. The color appears to be more like a mahogany. This is going to be my new standard housewarming gift, along with many other occasions also. I'm not sure how it will weather yet, but plan on coating with some ext. poly spray to be safe.
Was recommended in ""Coastal Living"" and I could not resist for a new screened porch. Arrived exactly as described, fair price, great design & color. Was plesantly surprised by the sweet sound of the chimes.
I purchased my chimes at a gift store while on vacation in Chatam, Mass. last summer. I loved the aqua color which tied well with my home exterior color. I keep it out all year under an eave on my back porch protected but where I can see and hear them year-round. My mother admired mine so much (and she is quite picky) that I purchased an identical one for her this Mother's Day. The sales rep who I purchased it from over the phone was a delightful gal. Very pleasant, outgoing and helpful. Hang on to her!! One suggestion: You may want to offer other colors of this model other than aqua and lime green as other customers may not be so keen on these color choices. I bought this wind chime as a memorial for my 14 mth old grandson that died april 26, 2006, since than I have bought several more to give to my family also. The wooden part that the wind blows on the bottm of the chime, we have inscribed our grandsons name, birth, death dates. It is a beautiful chime, has a nice sound. When we hear it we say that nathan (our grandson) is talking to us.I have one more to buy and the whole family will enjoy the comfort it gives us. Thank You
I purchased three of these wind chimes for three different wedding gifts because I felt sure of the quality and design. They have a beautiful sound and are attractive and more unusual than the typical wind chime designs. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
This wind chime has a lovely tone, not too heavy. The purple color looks more like cherry, but I like that. It looks more expensive in this rich shade. I love it!

I was impressed with how beautiful this sounded with just a hint of a breeze. I am not sure how it will handle up to the weather as I have only had it for approx one month, but I would definitely buy it as a gift for my friends.
I hung this by my deck, but not in strong wind. Slight breezes create a nice sound. It's attractive and would fit with any home design. I think it would stand up to strong breezes as well.
I just love looking and listening to it. It wasn't really the one I thought I wanted. Was looking for solid chimes with metal clanger. But I love it anyway and will buy more.
