Sometimes you need to get a job done and your battery goes dead. It's nice to have your battery charged quick. You can also charge it on your way to the other job site with the cigarette lighter power adapter plug in. I will getting another one of these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an emergency prep device this allows me to keep the fan charged and working if I have to evacuate and sleep in the car. I doubt I'd use it for yard tools except maybe a chain saw or blower but it will ensure my cell phone and fan can keep working.

The biggest complaint was having a dead battery for the job and now they don't. They pop the battery in the 12 volt charger and by the time they get to their next job its charged again.
I have only had my charger for about a month and so far it is working great. I hope it last longer than the charger that came with the blower !
