I appreciate this self gripping cables because I don't have to worry about using zip ties and finding both pieces when I have to cut them off something. These are reusable and strong. I had a hand blister from lifting weights but I also needed to mow the lawn. Instead of wearing gloves or dealing with the constant rubbing of a blister, I used one of these to hold the handle together so I could just push. They were strong enough to hold that down without issue. They are also convenient to hold my my extension cords together to avoid tangling them. I had multiple immediate uses and these have been perfect for the job.
Received these as a member of the Spark Reviewer Program. These colorful ties made of a velcro type of material are so useful all over your house. I use them to corral cords on curling irons, lamps, irons and everywhere ! I just love the rainbow of colors that they come in as well.
Love these Wrap-It Storage Straps, they are perfect for cinching up your cords and organizing your cables. The 20 Pack resealable package contains 10 - 4”x 1/2” Straps and 10 - 8” x 3/4” Straps in 10 different colors (white, black, red, pink, orange, yellow, green, light blue, blue, and purple). The white and black can be used on the cables/cords you want the strap to blend in with. The colors you can use if you want to color code your cables/cords. The 4” straps are on the short size, I have had limited use for them. The 8” straps are the ones I use the most. The hook and loop material the straps are made out of easily sticks to itself and with a gentle pull you can remove or readjust. If you follow the instructions and loop the strap around your cord first it will stay put when you unwrap your cord. But if you need just a little more length you can skip that and just wrap around. Either way will work.
I think the Wrap-It Self-Gripping Storage Strap Cable Ties are awesome! They are the perfect solution to all of the messy cables behind my tv, kitchen shelf, and desks. It is also a great solution for all those loose extension cords in my drawers. What an amazing product! It comes with twenty straps (10 that are 4 inch by 1/2 inch and 10 that are 8 inch by 3/4 inch). I love the different colors and soft feeling of them. They're very easy to use too. Highly recommend!
The Self-Gripping Wrap-It storage straps are very useful for a variety of things. The package of 20 straps includes 10 that are 4 inches long by ½ inch wide, and 10 that are 8 inches long by ¾ inches wide so your possibilities are endless on the size cords you choose to secure. I liked the fact that they come in a variety of colors so it would be easy to use these to label different cords for ease in identification. They are very easy to use and a nice feature is that they secure to your cord so they stay in place and don't get lost when you unwrap the cord for use. The straps are similar to Velcro so they are adjustable for whatever size cord you are wrapping. The package is re-sealable so you can store them in the package when not in use. This is the second type of storage straps by Wrap-It that I have, I also have the more heavy-duty ones that I use on larger items such as my water hoses. These are of great quality and durability just like the other ones I have, and I have not been disappointed with my choice of Wrap-It products. The only complaint I have is they are made in China and not the USA.
I loved how tight these held the cords. They held various size cords and other items. What I did not like about these was that there were only a a few long ones and a lot more shorter ones. I wish they had specified that in the package how many there were of each, and I also wish that they would have sell more packages with just long ones.
I have found the Self-Gripping Cable Ties to be of fantastic use! This pack is a set of 20 with both larger and smaller ties. They are Velcro, which gives you the ability to use these ties repeatedly. There is even a loop which can be used to hang items. They are made of a very flexible fabric and the Velcro stays put very securely. I have used these ties for computer cables, extension cords and many other things! The larger straps work for bulkier items, such as keeping together larger cables, such as electrical wiring. The smaller ones work great on bundling small cables to keep them from hanging, which has been a great benefit to me. The ties come in a variety pack of colors, including, black, white, purple, light and dark blue, green, yellow, orange, and red. Do not let these ties fool you, because they are, in my opinion, just as good as zip ties, but allow reuse, which is genuinely nice. I did find that using the ties outside is not recommended, as they are fabric and do not hold up well in a wet environment. Overall, I would highly recommend this product as these ties do work well to keep items bundled and the ability to reuse them is a definite bonus!
I ordered these because they allow me to adjust the tightness of the closure on the cable. As you can see in the picture, I have some leather ones with brass snaps but they only come in 2 sizes and do not always fit snugly. These allow you to adjust to any size for a nice snug fit. The downside is they are clumsy to work with. I wouldn't use them for items that need to be used frequently. They are just too difficult to take off and put back on. They are excellent for permanent use and are strong.
These are great - different colors and two sizes are fantastic too. Long ones for the garage, short ones for charger chords. The whole length of the piece is velcro so they are very adjustable. My only problem is when you try to string one side through the little hole to wrap it around, the velcro gets stuck before the wrap is tight. Very minor issue but it can make it tricky to wrap bigger cords. I still love them and use them for everything.
These Self Gripping Cable Ties tend to stick to themselves when I'm trying to use them. Which can be extremely frustrating, especially if you are attempting to use two of them for a bigger project. That being said, they are quite handy, and they help contain the cord clutter behind my TV, around my floor lamp, and with my computer extension cords.I'm sure I will find more uses for them. I haven't had these long enough to comment on the durability of this product, but they appear to be made well, and I would recommend these to anyone looking for a product to help contain their cord clutter.
