I Love it, makes Wrestlemania look 2nd rate!! I highly recommend this, Best Of NWA/WCW Clash of Champions is also is another great DVD with epic matches! If you love WCW or Pro-Wrestling as a whole then you will be pleased guaranteed. I actually grew up on wwf/wwe, but after seeing WCW as I've gotten older, I'm more of a fan of World Championship Wrestling now. Wish I would've seen it as a child.
Contains the majority of the classic Starrcade matches, very happy with this DVD.
25 matches of your favorite NWA and WCW stars like Sting, Rick Flair, Dusty Rhodes, Road Warriors Animal and Hawk and much, much more. Starcade started 2 years before Wrestlemania and was top Quality matches 1983--2000. Buy it at this low low price you won't be disappointed! 5 Stars Excellent*****
Another fanstastic DVD dedicated to the NWA / WCW. This DVD set focuses on NWA/WCW's flagship program, Starrcade (as the title tells you) and is loaded with great matches and a wonderful documentary. The documentary entails everything from the creation of the even by Dusty Rhodes to WWE bullying their way into Starrcade's established timeslot on PPV, from the poor mismanagment by Turner to the Goldberg era, all the way through to the eventual demise of WCW. The documentary has a lot of the story behind Magnum T.A.'s career as well, including his car accident. Interviews with Dusty, Flair, Magnum, Road Warrior Animal and many more stars of the NWA and WCW. Lots of great matches in this DVD set with only 2 or 3 not-so-great matches. All in all this is a must have for wrestling fans of old, and new fans who enjoy learning about wrestling's past from the people who lived it.
