I got the heavy duty lounger and I'm glad I did. This lounger will last a long time. Easy to used, didn't even look at the instructions. Love the cup holder with a little tray with it. The canopy is great and easy to flip out of the way for full sun. Easy to lock into place, I love this lounger!
This chair is so comfortable! Sitting down at first is a bit awkward, but once you recline it is a wonderful experience. There are levers under the arm rests to lock your degree of recline in place so you have options on how far back you want to be. The adjustable sun shade and cup holder/tray are nice. I ordered it on line and had it shipped to my home which was very convenient, as the chair is a bit heavy. I look forward to a summer of reading and relaxing in this chair.
My recliner arrived in good condition. It is made by a company called Bliss. It appears to be very well made and sturdy. That's the reason I chose the Extra large one, so that it would accommodate everyone and still keep ticking. It does come with the canopy and side tray which makes it a great deal. We were looking at getting a glider for the front deck, but I want something I could stretch out in and maybe read a book or take a nap and a glider wouldn't really cut it. I went with this chair and am very happy with it (the pictures don't really do it justice). I have back issues and when it's fully extended it's more comfortable than my bed, it takes the pressure off my back. The down side to this chair is that it's a bit weird to climb into it, and it doesn't really hold the midway positions very well or long. (I knew this from other reviewers from another retail site). This doesn't bother me but it might not suit someone else. It folds very nicely and isn't all that heavy which is something most patio furniture won't do. I also have visions of sitting out at night and watching the stars and meteor showers from a recliner ;) My paperwork said that the Extra chair will hold 350 lbs, I don't know about that, but it holds 250 hubby just fine. We needed ours delivered so I went to Walmart as always. The regular sized one is cheaper and so are other brands, but this one is quality and sturdy. I did buy a cot mosquito net to drape over the canopy roof so that I wouldn't have to use so much deet this summer. All in all I am extremely happy with this purchase and can check it off my 'to do' list.
The chair is probably a really good chair, but not what I expected. It seems rather hard to recline back(maybe because my body is heavy in the rear), and when you lock it, it will still go back down. Wanted a compact chair to recline in with my feet up, so guess this fits the bill, but not really what I wanted or expected.
Chair already does not lock into the different positions. You either sit straight up or keep going back slowly to the lying position. The chair is comfortable in the lying position though. Just not to handy for me to lie all of the time. Not so sure yet but may be sending this chair back only because of it not locking in the different positions.
