I ordered these gloves for cleaning purposes around my home. These come in handy when cleaning the restrooms or an area of the home that is not clean. In addition to that I am a germaphobe, so when someone is ill and is contagious, I like to wear these religiously when cleaning their mess, room, vomit or doing their laundry. These are standard gloves and aren't not anything special. They are not cheaply made, so with that being said I am happy with the quality and look forward to using these over the cold and flu season.
These AMMEX X3 Blue Nitrile Industrial Latex Free Disposable Gloves (Powder Free) are very well made. They fit true to size and do not slip on your hands as you work. I used then while filling the bird feeders; while doing some paint touch up work and while doing some caulking. They held up great!
I like these single use Industrial Nitrile Gloves. I got the xl, and they fit with room to spare. I should have gotten the large, I suppose. But these were fine for wearing while doing messy crafts. I definitely like them better than the latex ones. And no powder. They are about a medium thickness. Not too thin. I also use these when I clean out my guinea pigs cage or bathroom. They did not have any bad odor. These are for non medical use only. The box says 100 gloves by weight. Makes it sound like there may not be exactly 100. But I didn't count them. The box says that they comply with FDA regulations for food contact. Although they are not sterile. These were made in Thailand.
These Ammex X3 latex-free gloves are just perfect for my household! I really like that they are latex free, they feel so good on my hands, not too tight and binding like other types of gloves. These gloves are so great to have around my home. I put half of the box in an old coffee can and put them in the garage, and the other half I keep under the sink with my cleaning supplies. I love to DIY, and I'm always painting or staining a piece I'm restoring. These gloves fit my hands like a second skin, and they keep my hands clean so I don't have to use strong chemicals on my hands to clean them. That is such a plus! I use these all around the house especially when I'm doing chores.Wearing these gloves is the most convenient and sanitary way to clean and protect my hands, especially in the bathrooms. I have small children and I want their bathrooms to be as clean and sanitary for them as possible. I can scrub and clean any job, and at the same time protect my hands and keep them sanitary. My hands can stay clean and germ free. These are also perfect to wear when I'm giving the doggies a bath. I can really scrub everywhere. I even put a pair on to reach down the disposal to get the food waste out that was clogging the sink. There gloves are so great for so many uses.I wear them when coloring my hair, when spraying the hinges with a lubricant, washing the dishes, and anytime I need to protect my hands or keep them sanitary.
These gloves will most definitely protect your hands from harsh cleaners! They are thicker than some of medical gloves, and -- reusable! Unless you scrubbed so hard that holes appeared in gloves. I used them for cleaning, painting and refilling chlorine tablets for a swim pool. I'm still on pair #2. I love those gloves!
This is a box of 100 single-use, non-medical/non-dental industrial use, synthetic nitrile rubber gloves. In industrial use, their applications are in automotive, chemicals, plumbing and food processing. In normal household use, however, they're excellent for housecleaning, food preparation, painting, automotive maintenance, or wherever protection from harsh chemicals is desired. I have looked for a thinner glove to replace regular rubber gloves when washing dishes in hot water or scrubbing the bathroom, and these are perfect, as they are chemical-resistant, lightweight but strong. They are powder-free, leaving no residue on your hands when removed, and latex-free; however, it is cautioned that some people may be sensitive to the nitrile rubber which may cause an allergic reaction. Their component materials are in compliance with the federal Food & Drug Administration regulations for food contact, so there are a number of restaurant and kitchen applications as well. For example, I like to mix meatloaf with my hands but hate having to wash the residue off afterwards; these gloves eliminate that unpleasant problem. Just peel them off, dispose of in the trash, and done. A fun use for these gloves would be filling one with water or juice, the end tied off, and frozen for several hours; when the glove is removed, you would have a 3-D hand-shaped ice cube, perfect for a Halloween party punch bowl. The small size would be great for children when fingerpainting, working with clay, glue, or other sticky or messy materials, and since they are priced very reasonably, a box of these might be appreciated by daycare providers or grade school teachers. All in all, well made, a great value for the money and a myriad of uses. Highly recommended.
These are surprisingly good for the price, which looks to be discounted by about $7 at the time of my purchase and this review, which makes them that much more of a good deal. I've purchased many other brands before these and have received ones that are too small, or ones that rip very easily or ones that are really tough to get on because they were a sticky texture. I've had ones that smelled like mildew… and on and on. These particular gloves do not have any of those issues. I am quite pleased with them and I do recommend, especially considering that most other options at this price point are usually pure junk. I think most people would be happy with these gloves.
These gloves are great for every day use, for cleaning around the house without getting chemicals on my hands and without having chemicals drying out my hands. They are strong enough to be effective for house chores, like cleaning sinks, toilets etc. and won't tear or rip. My only issue is with the fit, which was a bit odd for me, as they felt snug around the fingers and maybe a tad too short on the wrists. Other than that, these are great, strong quality gloves for every day cleaning.
I got these gloves with some of the messy crafts I do in mind. I was wanting something free of latex and these gloves are. They are industrial grade, so I did expect them to be somewhat heavier than they are, and I wish they were, but they still seem to work well so far. They do not have powder in them as some of the medical grade ones do but they still go on and off fairly well. Mine are in a size large and fit my average size hands well. I would say they are fairly true to size. They are comfortable and don't seem to stick to my skin, which really bugs me when I am working on projects. I also like that they are made to go on either hand, so you just grab them and put them on without having to pay attention to what hand you are putting them on. They have a little bit of a texture to them, so things don't slip out of your hands like with gloves that have a slick surface to them.
I would have to say that these gloves are fine for lighter chores such as painting and house cleaning. Remember they are "thin" with a 3 mil thickness. I prefer a heavier latex glove for auto motive work but these will due for light mechanical repair work. They are powder free, latex free, textured and easy on off. They are labeled for non-medical use so be aware of this. I gave it a 3 rating simply because of my personal preference of a higher mil rating on my gloves (at least a 7 mil) for the type of work I usually do. You get 100 gloves in the standard box. This product is made in Thailand. For work around the house and house hold chores they are a good choice.
