If you have Xbox, this is a must. The purchase was so easy and the card was delivered by email promptly. I have made this purchase numerous times now and it is always a breeze.
This was a great gift for my son. I was away in another state and he had run out of "gold", so this was a perfect gift for him and it was in my email within minutes. I sent him the pin number and he was back to playing his xbox live. If you need a last minute gift for anyone who plays xbox live, this is it.
Thought it was going to be delivered digitally like the description says. I had to wait for it in the mail. Worked fine other than that.The live 12 month gold is now xbox core and not ultimate. I was not aware of that.
I ordered a digital three month card that says right in the description. I was supposed to have it within about 60 minutes. I had to wait over a week to receive a digital card in the mail. How does that work?
Get a its a friggin "digital copy" from WALMART then they get to asking for all the delivery info...DIGITAL COPY.., and now 12 hours later and no email. Dude, you'll suck. Said "Email as quick as seconds, yeah no fn poop...ITS DIDGITAL!!!, holy crap.
It clearly states Digital in the description of the card so purchased and was expecting a digital card in my email within a few hours at most. But this did not come until a week later by mail. Reached out to support when I saw this tracking number show up after purchase and they just stated it will be investigated. If it's not a digital card then put physical underneath it instead of digital. Get it together people and quit making things harder. It's already hard enough out here.
I had to talk with Xbox customer service and they haven't given me an answer on getting it fixed for a week now. I ended up having to pay the $1.00 intro offer for a month of Xbox live just so I could play sometime over the holidays.
Dealing with the seller was an absolute travesty. I opted to cancel this order, contacted the seller and was informed the entire order was cancelled. However, it turned out that this was not the case, a single item was cancelled. Up to this point, it has taken me a week and 5 different agents, to attempt to get my funds released so they can be returned back to my bank account. Not to mention, Xbox no longer uses these cards as they have changed to the Xbox game pass core system. DO NOT buy these cards.
I ordered a digital 12 month Xbox live. The order was delayed twice. When I finally received my order it was a 3 month subscription. I will not order this from Walmart again.
The item worked fine when I eventually got it, it took way too long for them to send me the e-mail with my code. I could have gone to my local Walmart and back at lease 6 times in the amount of time it took for them to give it to me I thought this would have been quicker it took them less than 5 min. to take the money from me but over 3 hours to e-mail me a simple code?
