I have used it for years, substitute wormwood sometimes, both are bitter herbs!
Yellow dock is so important to me -- helps with skin issues including irritations in underpants areas. Always take 2 a day along with 2 probiotics. Highly recommend, esp. if you take in any sugar (instead of local honey).
