I love it and exactly what expected! Compact with a remote. I've used it up to 60 minutes and water all evaporated, so the full water line inside is perfect for 1 hr. I recommend getting the sauna tent. I had a camping shower tent and you really need that thick insulated material to keep heat in but I bought this alone but recommend it for the full sauna experience. I've made a makeshift sauna in my bathroom tub for now. With delivery slowed down due to covid and Xmas, I got it exactly as promised in perfect condition, and professional packaged. No complaints.

This sauna tent is great! Pops up easy and quickly. You don't have to assemble anything. Putting it away and folding it can be a challenge, it takes practice.
Easy set up. Works well. I actually put a towel over the opening on top and nestled all the way inside. Only problem is it's difficult to fold down to the original size for storage coz it's like those old car windshield sun blockers, spring loaded and you have to twist just exactly right to get it to fold.
DIFFICULT TO PUT BACK INSIDE STORAGE BAG.
This did not come with a steamer. Finding a steamer is more expensive. Should have bought a combo as I regret this purchase. I would only purchase this if you only have a steamer or need replace the tent. Do not buy only buy for replacement!
Sent without the two steam pipes rendering it useless. Emailed them and they did nothing.
This product has flaws. The temperature control does not work. Heat stays at maximum level regardless whether you indicate P2 or P9. Will try returning at store TODAY. Ben Cerna
Heatung agent doesn't heat up tent enough. Feels Cold. I have another brabd that is much better.
