I bought one of these originally to store some of my office supplies, and decided to buy 4 more to store some of my craft items. The drawers took a little work to put together, but all in all it is a great product and stores more than I thought it would!!
The price was right. It was easy to assemble. It's small enough that it doesn't eat up floor space in the room. My daughter needed a few more drawers for swim suits, leotards, and socks. She likes it.
I was slightly disappointed at the very flimsy nature of the drawers. The plastic is similar type to the cover of a mead 5star notebook. You don't want to put anything heavy in them. However, this was an extremely cheap item, easy to assemble attractive, and the frame and counter part are relatively good quality. When put together it isn't that rickety. I would recommend it for the price and look. It is really cute. and it does work as underdesk storage.
I bought two of these items to store some of my belongings. Item was easy to put together. Very durable. I just returned to school; so it was an asset for use for school supplies.
The photo shows that the frame is a flat grey color, but when I opened the box the frame was chrome colored. Also the frame is a little skaky. Overall, it serves its purpose for me. I would recommend this product if you need a little bit of extra storage.
The drawers are some kind of fold-up plastic, which I was not expecting. I was a little disappointed that they had to be folded into shape, but they still look pretty good. Not a bad item for a kid's room.
I didn't realize that the drawers were made of plastic. What looks like metal is cheap plastic. The hardware is difficult if not impossible to put together. The drawers are so flimsy I'm afraid to have my son put anything other than some paper and pencils in there. Would recommend you not buy this.
I bought two of these on clearance for $10 last Spring. The outer part is fairly stable, but the drawers are really flimsy, made from a sort of plastic/paper material that you have to fold and tack together (which was not a fun process for me). I use one of these for clothes and the other for storage in the bathroom and so far, after about 10 months, they are both still intact and working well, although there is some obvious wear and I don't foresee these lasting too much longer. I'd say they are worth the $10 I paid for them, but $20 is too high for the quality. I'd rather spend $17 on a clear plastic set of drawers from Walmart as they are more durable.
I got this storage cart on clearance for half the price.I thought they will be a good substitute to the regular plastic carts .But I was wrong...the drawers are made from cheap plastic and can tear easily while assembling.Outer construction is pretty good but the drawers are horrible.It can be used for storing only light items and if thats what you are looking for it serves the purpose.Definitely overpriced online
The picture and product description sounded just right, but when the product arrived and I assembled half of it, I realized how flimsy it was. The frame wiggled and the drawers never attained a rectangular shape shown in the photo. Even at that price point, I expected something a little more stable constructed of better materials. I was disappointed and returned it to the store.
