I received my Youtheory Men's Collagen Advanced 160 count tablets about few weeks ago now, and I must say this is the extra boost I needed in my everyday way of living. I received this product to start on reducing the effects of aging in my body. At least that was the hope but after 2 weeks I do notice subtle differences in my skin, nails, and possibly my ligaments and tendons. I have had 7 wrist surgeries and two hip replacements. My wrists feel a little loser and less tight. I think my lines around my face have went away and my nails... I have had to cut them 2 twice this weak without them breaking first. I swear my hips are a little better trying to get up stairs. I don't feel that sharp jabbing like I was. So, with needing 2 more surgeries I hope that these help me heal after surgery too. The following quote is why I wanted to try this product. "Collagen consists of amino acids wound together to form triple-helices to form of elongated fibrils. I received men's collagen dietary supplements advanced formula by youtheory. My husband has been taken this daily. He said that they are easy to swallow. He has noticed no side effects or after taste. His fingernails and hair are looking better. This bottle has 160 tablets. It is recommended to take six a day. These vitamins are designed for every man and delivers nutrition and helps counteract age-related collagen loss. Collagen is a major structural protein in the body, found in healthy skin, joints, bones, blood vessels and connective tissues. It also includes vitamin C, biotin and fo-ti extract.
Collagen is very important to many different systems and processes in your body. This supplement provides collagen support for your body. It works as intended. The only issue I found was six tablets are a serving and that is a lot to take at once , but you can taken them in two divided doses of three tablets. I prefer to take them all at once with breakfast.
Youtheory, I tried this product for several weeks and did see some small differences. I got a little more energy So far it seems to really be helping with the overall health of my nails, hair & somewhat on the firmness of my skin (softer). I believe that in the long run it can have more effects toward my body feeling more energetic and so I will continue to use it for awhile & observe the results. I notice a small amount of smell which reminds me of when I was on some medication but it wasn't as strong as the odor the Medication would give out. This container included just over 26 days of pills so, as I said I will continue till I run out and see what other results I may get, so for now this is what I have experienced.
I've been taking the product now everyday six tablets a day then really hadn't taken enough for it to get into my system sorry about the product again just to see what it's going to do if it's not working then I'll leave you negative message but right now can't be determined
Youtheory Men's Collagen comes in an attractive jar, the pill itself isn't too big, about the size of a generic pain relief pill. This product supports healthy aging, as well as revitalizes your skin. It is also great for tendons & ligaments. It is supposed to revitalize your hair too, as well as replenish your collagen. I've only had the product a couple of days so i can only tell you what the product is supposed to do. It doesn't have the bitter smell/taste that some supplements have. I'd recommend this to all my guy friends & family

Youth Theory claim's the supplement replenishes collagen, supports healthy aging, Revitalize skin, Revitalize hair and great for tendons and ligaments. He suggested use reads Take 6 tablets per day at once are divided into two doses. There are 26 servings per this container. The label reads it has vitamin C as calcium ascorbate which is 60 mg and biotin at 900 MCG. The collagen comes from hydrolyzed collagen bovine and chicken. Something called faux - TI root extract which is 420 mg. (Read about TI Root on WebMD). The label claims youtheory men's college in his design for every man at every stage of life. This Advanced Health formula delivers targeted nutrition and supplies of bioactive collagen peptides to help counteract age-related collagen loss. Collagen is a major structural protein in the body found in healthy skin, joints, bones, blood vessels and connective tissues. My husband was the tester for this product. He took it every day for about 10 days or so. We did not notice a difference and his skin, face or his hair. But we did notice is a little hangnail skins next to your but we did notice is a little hangnail skins next to your bed now bad we're gone. That must have been the vitamin C working on that part. The product does not say how long you have to take it before you actually do see results. Perhaps after taking the full bottle for all the servings you may begin to notice something. We will have to wait and see. The pill dose as you can see in the photo is a little large so if you have trouble swallowing you may have to cut them in half. My husband opted to take 3 in the morning and 3 right after lunch for the recommended six per day dose. You said there was no aftertaste doing the 3 by 3 throughout the day. The tablets themselves have no smell that is offensive like some vitamin and supplements do. Easy to open bottle. The bought the jar is easy to hang on to perfect size Square. The label feels very silky to the touch kind of like a happy sensory feeling Youththeory thought of everything in the packaging Department - great job. Since everyone responds differently to vitamins and supplements, it's hard to say whether we would recommend Youtheory Men's Collagen Advanced or not. Plus we have not taken the full bottle to see if there are any results for my husband. If you like to try different supplements to find what works for you this may be an option.
This is my first time taking a collagen supplement, so I am not sure what advantage it is that I should be looking for. Maybe I need to take them longer before I see any actual effects. The purported benefits sound fantastic, but I haven't seen them yet.
Normally my Husband uses a Collagen Powder mixed into yogurt or something else suitable. But it's a bit tedious when traveling so I was looking to try something more travel-friendly and easier to pack. Unfortunately the YOUTHEORY® MENS COLLAGEN TABLETS have some added ingredients, one of which (Fo-Ti Root Extract) he doesn't tolerate because he got some Stomach issues that went away again after discontinuing the Product. It's not the Vitamin C, nor the Biotin, because we've taken those types of Supplements before and not had issues. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the YOUTHEORY® MENS COLLAGEN TABLETS and we will stick to the pure Collagen Powder.
