I only recovered and installed the product a few days ago. It hasn't really had and opportunities to face abuse so I am unable to attest to its durability. However it is smooth and is on to my I phone screen, so automatically it will be facing the abuse my screen would otherwise face alone.
These are the best screen protectors there are. And the customer service is unparalleled. I couldn't find what I was looking for on their site so I contacted them. Within an hour, I received a response. The rep. not only helped me find the screen I needed, but also put it in my cart for me so all I had to do was sign in and check out. Just great service. The screens themselves are flawless and protect very well. There is also the lifetime warranty. If your screen breaks, they will replace it for free for the life of your device. I think that is pretty incredible.
I had this protective film on my S10e for several years. I managed to drop my phone several times since putting it on. While it protected my phone, it received only minor cracks and it never broke apart. It's great that it didn't require instant replacement!!!
This screen protector works great and I have used these products on all my electronics.
I haven't dropped my new phone yet, but having the zagg cover on it has definitely given me peace of mind. It comes with a couple annoyances, but nothing that would prevent me from buying it again. First, the right side of the protector has never adhered to the screen. There's about 1.5mm along the edge that's raised up. Second, the hole for the front-facing camera seems a little small. I think it makes the camera pick up my finger when it shouldn't. And finally, it has reduced the sensitivity of my touchscreen to the point where it's noticeable, despite turning the sensitivity up on my phone. Again, nothing to stop me from purchasing again, especially after 4 years of great protection on my last phone, but enough to deduct a star.
I got a brand new iPad and this is the first time without a home button so I applied the screen protector and first of all had issues with getting all the bubbles out to only realize that I put it on upside down and covered the front camera. There were no directional indicators on the protector and that was a little annoying. I got the protector the correct way and put it down after cleaning the iPad screen again to make sure that it was clean to find that in my less than a minute adjustment a whole bunch of lint attached to the protector's exposed side. So now I have bubbles and lint… there are so many other screen protectors out there and I bought this one because it was about half of some of the others and couldn't find any difference in quality and I won't be buying this again… it is part user error and part quality of product as a whole.
Not impressed. Very hard to put on without having tiny bubbles pop up that I cannot get rid of despite following directions and taking my time. Will probably replace sooner than later
Shield came with imperfections (bubbles). But what REALLY bothers me is they want me to pay shipping for replacement. So if another one comes in and has flaws, I would have to pay shipping again and again and again. I might as well bought another product locally.
This case appears to provide great protection but it does not allow the pencil to charge. I even filed a warranty claim to get a replacement and it will not charge the pencil either. The magnet does hold the pencil but again will not charge. Not helpful to have to remove the case each time you need to charge the pencil. Also, the described removable cover is difficult to remove and almost impossible to reattach. I am returning.
It was perfect for about two weeks, but now a bubble has suddenly occurred (top left) and is growing. Disappointed. We have always had success with these covers before.
