These specific prenatal vitamins were recommended to me by my neurologist who minored in nutrition I believe, and his wife had great results with these. I've only been taking these for a couple months but they are easy to take and I do feel less lethargic.
The other supplements that I've tried requires two separate pills so I'm glad that this is an all-in-one pill. It's not that hard to swallow since the surface is smooth. I can't say if it's potent or not but I personally did not suffer from any negative effects.

I just ordered my first box. I was looking for prenatals that had all the nutrition and vitamins I was looking for along with being kosher. I was really happy that they didn't have a smell or after taste like some prenatals do. Love the ingredients and they are really easy to take and easy on the stomach. I'll be ordering these for the next coming months of my pregnancy.
I'd say I like that it contains the essential vitamins and nutrients needed by me and my growing baby. I like that I'm also able to get 2000IUs of vit D3, which is a plus for me as I do not need an extra D3 supplementation. Did I mention it has folate instead of the synthetic folic acid you find in others? I am yet to see the supplement that has all these amazing supplements in these quantities. I felt a bit nauseous on my first day of taking it, probably because I took two pills all at once just before bed. Overall, I think every pregnant mom needs this.
Love them! I don't get nauseous at all and it doesn't have a weird taste or smell. I recommended them to my friend who is also pregnant, and they are the first prenatals that don't make her sick to her stomach! I LOVE THEM! They were a total game changer for my friend as well.
I've finished about 5 boxes of these already and haven't had any bloating or gastric discomfort. Instead of taking 1 capsule twice a day as directed, I just take 2 at night after dinner. It doesn't smell fishy to me, doesn't have any other repelling smells etc. Really happy with my experience with these supplements. Would recommend it!
I love these Zahler prenatal vitamins so far! They are nice and thin, making them easy to swallow and they don't have an aftertaste which is a plus! I also love that they contain Folate instead of Folic acid. Definitely a winner!
honestly It's the first time to purchase Zahler Prenatal vitamins , I've been use it for 3 weeks now and it works great for me I don't feel nausea like before ,definitely I will purchase again ,also its good price for 60 count box, I highly recommend!
I like the clean ingredients and that it contains DHA. I don't like that you have remember to take 2. One morning and one night. I usually just end up taking one. Not sure if I can just take both at the same time. They are easy to swallow, but look black which is not very appetizing lol Otherwise, no adverse reactions or any aftertaste.
