This is so awesome when I have a sore throat and body aches. I do not like to take all kinds of medicine, I would rather drink something with real ingredients. Such a great taste and it makes your body feel so warm and restful. Makes you have a great night sleep too. Will have this on hand for flu seasons to come. Very soothing product.
This Zarbee's naturals nighttime cough and throat relief has been a maricle for us when we were just recently sick. It has dark honey which helps soothe coughing, hoarsness, dry throat, and irritants. It also has zinc, vitamin c, and real elderberry. It's a great nighttime drink mix if you have a cold, etc. The melatonin helps promote peaceful sleeping while you are sick too. I love that it is safe and effective, no drugs or alcohol in it. No artificial sweeteners. It also has that excellent natural honey lemon flavor that I just love!! It also has no dyes, and is gluten free. Good for ages 12 and up, it may still cause drowsiness. It can also help your immune system support. The quality of this is definitely excellent. It's effectiveness is wonderful, it got us better quick and it is very useful too. I would recommend anyone that gets sick to give it a try before you buy anything else. This stuff really works and gets you better faster and safer than most medicine. I am doing a review today on Zarbee's Naturals Cough & Throat Relief Nighttime Drink Mix. First of all, this does not come in a bottle in the form of a liquid. It comes in six packets in a powder form. You only use one packet when you are sick so this is a six serving cough medicine. I love this product because it is all-natural. You will not find any drugs, alcohol, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, dyes, and is gluten-free in this product. Companies put way too many extras in our products that are not good for us. This product has very few ingredients. Dark honey helps soothe your throat and it also sweetens the taste because the elderberries in it have a tart taste. Elderberries help support your immune system. Melatonin is a drug-free supplement to help you sleep. Lemon flavor is added to make it taste better so it won't taste like medicine. This is a drink mix. Open one packet and pour the powder into a cup of four to six ounces of hot water. You need to stir it until all of the powder is dissolved. For added flavor, I used a cinnamon stick to stir it up instead of using a spoon. I do not have a cough or sore throat but I needed to try this product because I am testing it for the Spark Review Program. I am feeling kind of achy though. So I took this at bedtime because it has a sleeping supplement in it. It tasted pretty good. I am surprised. I really like it. I forgot to mention this medicine is for ages twelve years and up. After about forty-five minutes I started getting sleepy so I went to bed. The next morning I actually felt better. I didn't have that achy feeling at all. Maybe it boosted my immune system. I am always looking for holistic products to combat cold symptoms without a bunch of chemicals. Sometimes by doing this I lose effectiveness of the product, this sore throat and cold relief really packs a punch and relieves stuffy nose and sore throat. I would recommend.
We all love this product. Besides calming our coughs through the night it helps with a sore throat. You use it with hot water and drink it like tea or coffee. We love the honey lemon flavor but most of all we love that it's all natural and really works. The melatonin helps us sleep which is great too.
This combination of supplements and vitamins are so soothing, the lemon and honey taste is delicious especially on a cold night. It comes in powder form. You empty the packet in your cup, add hot water, sip and enjoy. Would recommend! Cheers to good health!
I was a bit skeptical about the Zarbees cough drink mix. I often wake up with a dry cough that won't stop and then I have a bad nights sleep. I have tried many cough syrups and the ones that work usually either taste absolutely horrid or cause me to be so drowsy I have trouble in the morning. So, I woke up with a cough and wandered out to mix my zarbees. I warmed it in the microwave and it tasted very much like a pleasant Tea. I found that I had stopped feeling the tickle to cough before I could even get my cup rinsed out and slept well with no drowsy morning. I was really surprised. The one I bought was for night time but I saw no alcohol in the ingredients, only natural melatonin. In fact all the ingredients are natural and I felt good about taking it over all. It noyt only sooths the cough and scratchy throat but also helps with supporting your immune system with Vitamin C, Zinc and Elderberry. It also claims to have no sweeteners, dyes or gluten so its nutritional sound for most people. And it tasted like a pleasant tea. I also thought Zarbees products were for kids. I've changed my mind.

I received it at a time when my whole family was needing some throat relief especially at night. We all thought it was easy to make by just adding 4-6oz of boiled water. We also thought the taste was ok, tasting more like honey than lemon. However, it didn't seem to relieve our throats at all. Actually the next morning my throat felt worst like I hadn't taken anything at all. I can't recommend this product, the ingredients are good but it didn't help in the slightest.
