I have been sleeping most of the night since I began using it! Once you get sleepy, go to bed, if you fight it you may miss out on the opportunity and will be up all night.

This is a quick way to boost my immune system and ensure that I am getting a good nights sleep. There is just a small amount of melatonin. It tastes pleasant, too. I just mud a little in a glass of cold water before bedtime.

Each packet has a tear top to make it easy to get into. I use a coffee cup and put cold water into it, then pour one packet into it and stir. It dissolves well in cold water. I love the front of the package, with lemon and honey. I can taste the lemon and honey in it and I love it. I have one cup a day around 8pm to help relax me.
I've tried a lot of different sleep drink mixes and this actually works for me without the grogginess the next day. Really helps when I'm feeling restless.
