One of the best shrimp fries I've tried. I didn't follow the instructions. I used an egg wash on my cleaned shrimp than breaded them. My family loved them.
we did calamari using this and severed it with Bertolli's marinara and wow it was so good. it has just the right amount of kick for me. it all was being snacked on before rest of the dinner was done. I highly recommend this !!! thanks so much.

This was a nice surprise! I liked that u mix it as a batter n also use it as a dredge. The shrimp came out delicious. FYI: no need 2 pre-season ur shrimp. The mix has ample seasoning n salt.
Both Shrimp and Fish Fry recipe's have bold flavor without adding too much heat. Much tastier than the average products and I've tried them all. When Katrina hammered New Orleans I went immediately and stocked up on these products. If too bold you can cut with corn meal and still get some taste with less salt.
I usually buy shrimp fry made by Louisiana brand. This was good but it was thicker and not as flaky as Louisiana brand. The flavor was good though.
I really wanted to like this. Not sure if I got a bad batch or what. Followed the instructions. It was super easy to whip up. Great crispness, great color after frying up the shrimp, however it tasted like pure salt! My whole family was shocked at how salty it was.
Way to much salt, Louisiana beer batter much better
Either this shrimp seasoning has very little flavor or the flavor is covered with a hug amount of salt.
