What a beautifully designed pitcher with two options---pour and dispense! The water is pure, delicious, and cleaner! I'm drinking more water and staying better hydrated with ZeroWater. I love this product!
Good product, very strong...but filter not easily available
Gets rid of all particles. Meter is great for comparing with other brands. Takes a long time. Kettle is clean! No deposits! I should have got the larger size. This is quite small. Jug is well made and versatile.
This is the best water filter I've ever used. My tap water is over 265ppm. Once it goes through the filter it's 0ppm constantly. It's easy to use and easy to clean. Highly recommend it.
Works better than a big Zerowater dispenser I got from another store. I don't know why the other dispenser would filter a couple of times and stop filtering. This one does what it should. Mostly I like how sturdy the handle is. This pitcher style is great for anyone with arthritic hands and gives you the options of dispensing two ways. I think the spigot works better than the pitcher spout because the spout is small and requires a steady slow hand. Remember because Zerowater filters practically remove everything, their life expectancy is less than other brands of filters. Also where you buy the filters seems to matter. I recommend Zerowater products to anyone who has bad water. Mine reads 260 with the included meter and tastes even worse. The filtered water reads 0. The paperwork that comes with the pitchers and filters tells you how much life to expect from the filter based on your original water quality. This brand is the only pitcher-water-filter combo I will use.
I love the taste of Zero Water. I have been using the smaller cup pitcher for some time but bought the 12 cup because our grandson was visiting for a while. I love the ease of the pouring spout. Very convenient!
My only complaint about this water filter is the top. It's not easy to open. ESPECIALLY if you have nails (real/fake). The way you have to push the little piece in to open. Unless mine is defective, you have to push down kind of hard to open. Other than that, its fantastic
This purifies water great like all the Zero Water pitchers, but this particular model had a retaining piece across the front where the lid attaches. It made taking the lid off ridiculously difficult. I looked for answers and found that others have the same issues. One person mentioned that they use a flathead screwdriver to get under it and pry the lid off that way. It worked for me a couple of times but I eventually broke the plastic bar. Best thing I could have done. Now I can take the top off without all the hassle. This should have been designed better. And for people like me who have arthritis in their fingers, this design should have been thought out so much more. Very frustrating and a shame that I had to break a part of it in order to make it work.
Will be returning: it seems like this is very cheaply made. The filter isn't flush with the filling reservoir and it doesn't form a tight seal so the tap water drips down and mixes with the “clean” water. When I tested the filtered water the TDS filter read 30. The only reason there isn't standing water in the top is because it leaks. Will be returning. I had heard good things about ZeroWater but unfortunately it doesn't seem like it works in practice.
The lid is hard to remove and water leaks from the top when I'm pouring.
