The best decision I ever made!! The Zero water really filters your water. Our water is really bad and our Zero Water filter setup has saved us so much money. Now I don't have to buy gallons of water, I just have to buy the filters every month. It's much cheaper and the water tastes great!!

I bought this zero water filter system to change the taste of the hard water in this area. I expected the water to taste better. But I did not expect how much better. I was shocked. It literally lived up to its promise and removed all of the awful stuff in tap water. When I tasted it, I did not know how to act! I was so shocked. There is a sweetness to the water that reminds me of probably what water tasted like before pollution. I am going to have this in my house forever. It will be a pleasure to buy the filters. I will have to buy filters more often than most because I live in such a hard water area. Not a problem. The taste of this water is worth it. Its like nothing I can even describe. It is unbelievable, so clean and fresh tasting. I am so happy Walmart stocks something so wonderful as this. Obviously, I highly recommend.
I love this dispenser I don’t have to fill bottles up anymore this I fill twice a week I keep mine in the refrigerator so I have cold water all the time. It’s a pretty solid dispenser not Chintzy like some others!
You can tell how clean the water is at first sip. Grateful that my family and I drink clean water with no worries of contaminating our body and health.
I'm on my second one. the first lasted about a year and a half and only had to replace the tank because it fell off the counter and broke. The filters usually last our family of 5 and ice maker about 10-14 days depending on weather. The filters are expensive but the water taste so clean and it's still cheaper than having water delivered.
So far the pitcher and filter seem fine. It's too early to really tell how well it works/for how long the filter lasts. But what really bothers me is that the tester that comes with it doesn't fit in the little holder on the spout. It's too big. I can kind of try to squeeze it in there but if I push it too far it's definitely going to break. That's pretty inconvenient.
High Standard of Values used to create a Water Filtration Pitchers that: Actually Works. The Container Top needs to be Made better so that it does "Snap off the Hinges(tiny /flimsy). Which can't be repaired.
I enjoyed the large capacity and durability of the Zero water dispenser. But after only 24 days my water had a slight lemon taste and the tds meter read 006. I'm not sure how long the filter is suppose to last, but I guess I expected closer to 3 months for just me using it everyday :( The Brita that my family shares tests at 255 tds, so 006 isn't that bad comparibly. But I'm still saddened at the short life span of the filter.
This would be perfect if I could get the valve to quit leaking. The first time I used it leaked all over my refrigerator and on the floor in front of the refrigerator. I even tried filling it with hot water from the stove to try to set the valve gasket. That did not work either. I have to leave a glass below it to catch the dripping water. I don't dare leave it for more than a day with any water in it if I am away. Please, if anyone from ZeroWater reads these reviews, I need help. If I can get this replaced with one that works, I will gladly update or replace this review. I would love it if it did not leak.
