Just received my kayak the other day and absolutely love it. It's very stable. I live near the ocean. Wouldn't go if it's really rough but little waves here and there is fine. Never felt like I would fall over. I've searched all over the internet to find a small kayak at a reasonable price and don't think anyone can find anything better than this. It's more convenient to have someone help you carry it but honestly I have been able to carry it myself and I'm not big or strong. Hope this helps!
