The tablets melt quickly and do not have an unbearable aftertaste. The orange flavor is light and not overbearing. They are non-drowsy and I did experience any side effects. I took them around the clock as directed and after the first two days my symptoms began to subside. The key to the effectiveness is to take them at the onset. These tablets have become a must-have in my medicine cabinet and my purse for on-the-go. I recommend these tablets and I wish that I had tried them sooner.

They are so yummy tasting, that you forget your taking medicine!!! I feel these rapid melts did slowdowny cold symptoms before they became worse. Felt much better in a short amount of time!

They leave a bad after taste and your tongue as dry as desert sand. I noticed that I had a headache awhile after taking these and that could be due to not enough water,like the directions say, drink lots of water.
