Been using this for years! They've removed the Zinc now though. It still works really well. Kinda weird to put a swab up your nose but the results make that a non-issue after the first use. Make sure to press your nose closed for 10 seconds after applying though.
I've never used these before and had a ton of FSA funds leftover at the end of 2023 to use so I decided to try them. I've used them twice since we got them immediately after feeling that initial sense that I was coming down with a cold and for the first time EVER the cold didn't progress any further. I'm sold, hooked and will always keep these on hand at home! My husband also started to use them because he saw how quickly my symptoms that usually get rolling and don't let up for at least 2-3 weeks just subsided. Important to use at the first sign I think instead of waiting until things get going more but that's not a problem and a great trade off for not being sick for weeks!
I keep on hand, and every time i start getting symptoms, sneezing coughing sore throat and runny nose. typically I sore throat I start taking it! I've been taking this product for the past 25 year's. it actually helped me shorten the time of cold virus!!!
You must use it as soon as you realize you're getting sick. I keep them everywhere: beside the bed, beside my favorite chair, in my purse, in the console of my car. When that sick tired feeling returns, use it again and keep using it every time you feel the symptoms returning. Be careful of the applicator tip squeeze the product out of the tip by pressing against your nostril. Don't suck it up, then pour the rest of the liquid in equal amounts between each nostril. If you follow these instructions, you can avoid a cold forever. I can't remember the last time I had a cold. Feel better.
The moment I feel a scratchy throat, a sneeze, and have a touch of a higher temp than my normal NB I run to the medicine cabinate and start using this. Zicam combined with another cold product that goes "plop plop, fizz fizz" have kept colds from hitting me hard for at least 15 years.
I use this at the first sign a cold, (runny nose, sratchy throat). When I wake up my symptoms are uaually gone. I just follow the directions on the box. I feel like it has really helped me and my husband when we used it.
I swear by these! I have lupus and take immunosuppressants so I often catch colds year round. As soon as I start sneezing or coughing I grab these take them as directed for a few days and the colds stop in their tracks. If on the off chance it doesnt work it definitely helps lessend the symptoms amd duration would 100% recommend!
It's been two months and my 3 kids have not gotten me sick with their school viruses. Take this as soon as you feel the tiny nose tingle (when you are still not sure if it's allergies or a cold lol) It has pretty much knocked out my colds before they get started or greatly reduced
I saw this product from any years and I finally just started to give it a try because nothing else is working and I didn't start taking that showed the third day and it really helped because usually with my health situation already being the way it is it takes me three to four weeks to get over a cold or flu whatever. although this time with this medicine and a lot of prayer to god, I am finally on most completely over it in a week. that for me is doing something. if you ever skeptical for trying this. just remember you don't have anything to lose and everything to gain. and no, I'm not a paid person. I'm just a normal person. and I back up what I say. it's well worth it.
I used these years ago that were designed to shorten the flu and they worked really well. Then they were taken off the market - they were all natural. This version is a bit smelly and sort of burns the inside of your nostrils slightly when you use it. I have used them twice %26 they help if you catch the cold in the beginning stages.
