One application lasts 12 Hours. I did not have to use a medication by mouth that makes me drowsy at work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few days ago I received my zicam sample for intense sinus, I liked it a lot if it decongests very well the nose is very good, I suffer from sinucitis, zicam has made me breathe better, I always wondered why they did not sell products that contain menthol or eucalyptus all in one and I have never seen one in the store that contains those ingredients, until now they sent me this sample of zicam, all in the same package. Thanks is the best they could send me. It is very desperate to have my nose covered and not find a good medicine that will help me, but now I have the best one, from now on I will keep buying it and of course I will recommend it with my friends and family. thank you. This opened up my nasal passages fast. It works very quick unlike allergy pills or cold medicine that generally make me tired or cranky Lasts 12 hours which is a plus also.

I used it as directed, my nose didn't get stopped up at all. I could breath easily and it actually cleared up the sinus pressure I was feeling. I will definitely purchase more in the future.

The only negative was opening the plastic wrap on the container. OK, we want to keep the kiddos safe, but I had to get out a sharp knife, not good.
