It's a great freezer bag, and a much-needed size! Sometimes, a Quart-sized bag is just too big, but you still want a freezer-bag sturdiness. This is the bag!!
When traveling in our RV, I cooked ahead using home meats, pasta and rice in small servings for the two of us. These bags never leaked, reheated without softening or melting. After meal cleanup compacted our trash for an easy lifestyle.
Bought with the purpose of freezing pre-made meal portions that my 95-year-old uncle and reheat in the microwave by himself. So far its working out great!
I love the quality of the Ziploc freezer bags. They are easy to seal and I have never had a problem with anything leaking. I use them to freeze my soups and chili. Also never had a problem with any freezer burn on my products
I am 78 and live by myself. To stretch money out I will wait and buy large trays of chicken and pork on sale. Then repackage those into one per pint size feeezer bags, date them, and stack them in my feeezer. Works great and paces out my meals for a month.
I like these bags as they are a nice handy size. They are smaller than the next size up. Using the larger bag is a waste of plastic. I use a lot of different size plastic bags and like to use a bag that is not too large and is there for wasteful use if plastic.
I like to save money on my groceries so I buy family pack meats and split it up before freezing. These baggies are to small for the use I needed. Not sure what I'll do with them.
Box was open and there was only 18 bags instead of 20
Only paid $127. Items being shipped that were in stock at the store! No crap I'd being shipped and I have no way to see those! Just Gatorade lime which I received in last order! Overcharging for shipping when I have free shipping account!
The whole box of 20 did not seal (zip) properly and I'm sorry but for the prices we have to pay for things I expect them to do what they're supposed to. Very disappointed
