Was shipped very fast. The four wheel design is very stable. Also has rear anti-tip wheels, technically making it 6 wheels. It's a really good mobility scooter in general. Good power and very stable. It has a good amount of legroom, and the armrests are nicely padded.
My father was unable to get out of the house without assistance. We could tell he was depressed due to having to rely on others for everything. Thought that a Zipr mobility scooter may help a bit. But we were suspired, It changed everything! Dad uses it everyday, and is able to go out on his own. His depression cleared and now is back to enjoying life again! Thanks Zipr!
Totally happy with this scoot. Wife has been homebound for 3 years. Now she can get outside and move around.
Very well designed. Very sturdy. The size is just right, not too bulky to be able to maneuver in tight areas. Makes it easy for my wife to get around and not feel like she is confined to the home.
I can wait to try it outside. Has get up an go. My plans got changed at the last minute but I can't wait to get this outside and see what it can do. Just trying in the house it has good power.

Being a 4 wheel gives you a secure feeling that your not going tip it. The seat is very comfortable and adjustable. The handlebars are also adjustable and have a headlight that helps you see in late eve hours. It is easy to transport. Just remove seat, fold the handlebars down and fits right in the trunk of my Dodge Neon.
It is a nice scooter. I know it needs to be lightweight, but I think it's a little flimsy. The seat wiggles on the mounting. The controls are plastic. The body is plastic. It serves its purpose and we are grateful for this scooter.

PIECE OF JUNK. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT OR THIS COMPANY. TOOK WAY LONGER THAN NECESSARY TO RECEIVE IT AND THEN IT DOESN'T WORK RIGHT. HAVE TO TAKE IT ON THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM AND WHETHER ON A BUS OR TRAIN IT SEEMS RO LOCK UP ON ME AND I HAVE TO PUSH IT SEVERAL FEET TO GET THE GEARS TO UNJAM AND START WORKING. 67 ALMOST 68 YEARS OLD IN A FEW MONTHS AND DISABLED, HENCE THE BEED FOR A SCOOTER.
