We bought this cook top to use in our kitchen remodel. It sits in our island and we love it. It's beautiful, nice and big for all cooking needs, and wipes easy to clean. We've been using it for a month and are enjoying it.

I have purchased several Zline appliances to include gas range top, range hood, hood extensions, microwave drawer. What, I like is that I was able to select gold name plates and handles for gas range top and microwave drawer. I did a lot of research before making purchases but glad I went with Zline. The packaging was done really well.

I bought this unit and have been using it for about a month now. I got it after returning a 5 burner Kitchen aid cook top because the burners were set to low and there was a big gap between the grate and the flame. It took forever to cook anything. This unit has the correct grate to flame height and things heat up and cook fast. The only issue I have with it is that the back left burner takes way to long to light and sometimes i have to keep turning the knob on and off several times until the burner lights. it can be frustrating at times. All and all it is a good unit for the price.
The cooktop is beautiful as well as very functional. The burners are substantial and it is easy to clean.
Is beautiful i love it and the only reason i gave 4 stars is because the burner get stain pretty easy and the metal too.
Bought this few weeks ago to match our new vent hood which is alos by Zline. Looks great and works well but have some issues: - Control knobs have plastic circular rings at the base and they do not look like stainless steel. Looks cheap and does not go well with the rest of the cooktop. - The knobs are not aligned on a straight line and slightly tilted to the left. Wish we had caught that before the installation. - While cooking on the right side, the knobs close to burners get very hot. Wish the separation distance was little larger. - The grates are very heavy compared to similar cooktops by other brands. Not very happy but will work for now!
I will not purchase an expensive item ($1,000) from Walmart marketplace again. This item arrived damaged on 11/30. On 12/1, I returned it to the local Walmart. For the next 12 days, I alternated between going back to the store several times to check that the item was shipped back (I was assured it was, even though the fedex tracking number on the return receipt didn't exist), calling Walmart and emailing the seller to no avail. I got multiple different answers (item was received and I would be receiving credit soon, item was not received, I should have taken a pic of the damage, etc). I had a return receipt isuued from the store on 12/1 that I emailed both Walmart and the seller. A rude Walmart "supervisor" at Walmart.com told me I would have to go back to the local Walmart (yet again) and have them pull camera footage of me returning the cooktop!?!- even though I had a receipt. So I went back to local store to get them to pull camera footage. Later that afternoon, I got a call from the store that they found the cooktop in the back storeroom- it had been there for 12 days. They shipped it back on 12/13. After fed ex evidence that the cooktop was received, I called Walmart and the seller, who wanted to know where the damage was ( although I had already described it many times) and that they would have to inspect it before refunding. I told them if I didn't get a refund asap, I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I received credit the next day. Lack of interest, hassle of all the time and worry I experienced. Never again.
