I spent two days with this phone, setting it all up "which is easy" just my mom needed to keep her old number which she had for years and her current provider wanted to be difficult releasing the number off their port. However, you can choose to get Total Wireless number and will be on within minutes! The phone has decent speed, light-weight, great screen quality, user friendly-highly recommend this phone to all but especially to those new to smart phones or even if you are used to them..I love Total Wireless..I swapped then some friends followed, my parents and list continues..nice phones/decent price, best of all to have "V" tower coverage without their prices, you can't beat the company or phone! It is a win-win! I will be getting rid of my "V' prepaid phone and swapping to this one...
Couldn't afford a better phone when I got this one wish I had waited and got something a little better when I had the money. My main complaint is call quality everyone has trouble hearing me even if I have a great signal with full bars. I like Total Wireless and will just be looking for a better phone.
This phone is OK if there are two things you don't mind missing. 1) It does not seem to have voice recognition for sending texts. 2) The coin motor in the phone is very weak and therefore you can barely feel the phone vibrate when a call or text comes in. I will be taking the phone back to Wal-Mart since I work in an office and am missing almost all phone calls when the phone is set to vibrate. This makes this phone unusable for me. I am replacing my broken Motorola Moto E 3G with another Moto E 3G. This phone has a strong vibration and I never missed calls. The camera is terrible and it seems to have compatibility problems with a few apps, but otherwise a great phone.
Was told it would work than got it and won't work for zipcode i asked for.
Small keyboard and hard to text. I'm bumping other letters constantly and I have small fingers. It's also hard to navigate and add contacts and numbers. Everyone is telling me I echo very bad on this phone too. Save your money on this junk phone.
