I have been searching for many months for something that I thought should be simple… A toaster where the bagel button worked… I went through a half dozen different toasters before I got this model as they others not work properly and toast only one side ….some “toasted” to the point where they actually burned fresh bagels so badly …even at a lower number… While the squirrels appreciated burnt food… I really did not like having to throw out my burnt bagels… I got this toaster and I plugged it in with the lights off and I could see only the proper inside elements lit up and I have had perfect English muffins and bagels for the first time in a very long time… Is it a pricey toaster? yes …but it is worth it when it works so well …and the fact it looks great on the counter is an added bonus
I am in love with this toaster! Thick, thin, or frozen, it toasts to perfection. Every. Single. Time. Plus, the handle is absolutely solid when pushed down. Never feels as if it will break off....as it does on some other toasters. An outstanding replacement for my 30-year old Krups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean lines. Intuitive analog controls. Two tone with white top and matte silver body. It is big. Same size Long slots fit more bread sizes etc. doesn't appear to allow for lifting to take a peak.

Beautiful toaster and works really well. Toasts evenly. A bit bulkier than I anticipated but still looks really nice on the countertop. Left off a star because I think the price is a bit high. Hope it lasts a long time at this price point. But all in all very happy with my purchase.
The toaster was great during first year of using. But now the stop button has stuck. So disappointing, now toaster doesn't work.
